@HOME from Sigma Telemed is a turnkey telehealth solution which tracks the cardiovascular system of the patient at home over the Internet.

mux@HOME: is the table top hub which acquires cardiovascular signals from the patient and transmits them via Bluetooth to the Send Site PC.

heart@HOME: is a software application which provides a detailed evaluation of the heart and lung using the ECG, Heart Sounds and the Carotid pulse

For the heart, the system can be used to monitor valve function, blood flow and heart wall compliance on a beat by beat basis.

For the lungs, the system can be used to monitor congestion and fluid build up on a breath by breath basis.

These signals are acquired over a small number of cardiac or respiratory cycles during the Patient Encounter.

sleep@HOME: is a software application which provides an overall evaluation of the cardiovascular system using the ECG, Ventilation and Oxygen Saturation.

Here, the requirement is to measure how well the heart manages blood flow and the lungs manage gas exchange – typically during a home sleep study.

heart@HOME v1.0 is working in the home now, and we’re looking forward to introducing sleep@HOME by the fall.

Our @HOME series lives on the Internet – it’s firewall friendly and supports video conferencing between the Send and multiple Receive Sites.

Further, we’ve designed @HOME to be easily integrated into any Windows platform – including yours.
